After almost four years as head of
private equity for Wisayah Investment Company, Jonas Nyquist has left
the wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Aramco to start his own firm.

Nyquist is now leading Enteron AB in Stockholm, Sweden. He did not
immediately respond to an inquiry from Markets Group about what his new firm
will do. Nyquist announced his move on LinkedIn.

Wisayah invests Saudi Aramco Group Companies’ pension funds, defined
contribution funds and other long-term investment portfolios. It deploys capital
in both investment firms and directly in debt, equity and real assets. Wisayah
is led by Sheila Al-Rowaily.

Prior to joining Wisayah in 2018, Nyquist was the private equity and
infrastructure head of Skandia, one of Sweden’s largest life insurers. His
background also includes serving as a manager with consultant Arthur D. Little
in Sweden.
