Arc Pensions Law is excited to welcome pension lawyers Clare Pollard and Tom Cosgrove to its team, with Clare joining the Leeds office and Tom based in London.

Clare Pollard, with a wealth of experience cultivated during her seven-year tenure at Squire Patton Boggs, brings comprehensive expertise to Arc Pensions Law. Her practice spans a range of pension matters, including the interpretation of scheme rules, eligibility for benefits, scheme amendments, trust deed and rules re-writes, investments, pensions litigation, and PPF entry/eligibility.

Tom Cosgrove, formerly a manager in the pensions legal team at PwC, has joined Arc Pensions Law with proficiency in both contentious and non-contentious pension issues. His notable skills include handling matters related to liability management exercises, corporate restructuring, member complaints, and providing advice on the pension aspects of corporate transactions.

This addition significantly bolsters Arc Pensions Law’s team of specialist lawyers, bringing the total count to an impressive 19 members. The inclusion of Clare Pollard and Tom Cosgrove further strengthens the firm’s capabilities and expertise in handling a diverse range of pension-related legal matters.
