Martin is a senior consultant and the Investment Grade Debt Lead in the Debt Research Team. This role includes portfolio management responsibilities for JANA’s Cash and Diversified Fixed Interest Trusts. Before joining JANA in 2021, Martin worked at Voya Investment Management as a Portfolio Manager for an Emerging Market Local Currency Fixed Income Fund. His responsibilities included portfolio management, idea generation and trade execution. Prior to Voya, Martin worked as a Fixed Income Strategist at UniCredit Bank and previously worked as an Analyst at Moore Capital and MAN Group.

Norman Zhang is currently the Chief Investment Officer and Partner at Koda Capital, a leading and fully independent Australian private wealth advisor with over $10+ billion of assets under management. He is responsible for overseeing Koda’s investment program, strategy, asset allocation, and portfolio construction. Prior to Koda, Norman managed a combined $12+ billion across two Australian superannuation funds between 2017-2023, serving as the Chief Investment Officer for Legal Super (2020-2023) and Media Super (2017-2020), delivering top-quartile returns for investors during this period. His expertise includes developing investment strategies, building high-quality investment programs & teams, asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager research & selection.

Sally has recently been appointed as National Australia Bank's Chief Economist, succeeding veteran Alan Oster after 32 years in the role. Sally was previously Chief Investment Officer at JBWere and leads the Investment Strategy Group. She is responsible for views on the economic and policy out-look and works closely with JBWere's Asset Allocation team on setting the firm's Strategic Asset Allocation. Sally joined JBWere in September 2020 from JP Morgan where she was Managing Direc-tor, Chief Economist and Head of Economic and Markets Research, Australia and New Zealand.

Tim started his career at the Reserve Bank as an economist. He joined Macquarie in 1998 where he spent 5 years covering the Australian equity market as strategist. He then moved with them to Hong Kong in 2004 where he built and ran their Asian macro research group. His most recent role was running Asset Allocation for Westpac’s $30 billion Superannuation Fund. He has a First Class Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Sydney and a Masters in Finance from London Business School. He joined Evans and Partners in March 2017.
