Flor is a Managing Partner at Inflexion alongside John Hartz and Simon Turner, and leads Inflexion’s Buyout Fund. She is also a member of Inflexion’s Executive, Investment and Responsible Investing Committees. Flor joined Inflexion in 2011, later becoming Head of Services, and worked on a number of notable investments including Alcumus, Auxadi, BES, Estera, LCP, Ocorian and Sanne. As well as helping secure a number of opportunities for the Buyout and Partnership Funds, she has been instrumental in leading Inflexion’s European expansion. Prior to joining Inflexion, Flor spent time at Hg, Bain & Co and JP Morgan.

Georg joined Schroders in May 2019 assuming the role of Global Head of Private Assets and then CEO, Schroders Capital in November 2024. He is responsible for developing the firm’s private markets business on a global scale - delivering world-class investment solutions in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private credit.

Prior to joining Schroders in 2019, Georg was Chief Executive Officer at HQ Capital from 2016 to 2019, and Chief Operating Officer from 2012. Between 2004 to 2011 he was Managing Director at UBS, holding various senior management positions, including Member of the Executive Committee in Germany and Head of Group Strategy in Zurich. Georg started his career in 1999 in M&A and corporate finance consulting at The Boston Consulting Group.

Georg studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen and Stockholm School of Economics and holds a PhD in Economics from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and a master’s degree (lic.oec. HSG and CEMS-Master) in Economics from the University of St. Gallen and Stockholm School of Economics.

Chief Executive Officer-elect

Thomas de Villeneuve is the CEO-elect of Seven2, formerly Apax Partners in France, a leading pan-European Private Equity fund. As an investor, he specialized in Telecom, Media, and Technology. Since joining the firm in 2001, he has played a key role in its evolution into a leading European private equity firm. Previously, Thomas worked for 7 years at The Boston Consulting Group in Paris and New York, advising major clients such as Vivendi-Universal, SFR, and Cegetel. He holds a degree from HEC Paris. Thomas has led and supported a dozen investments, including notably, Infopro Digital, Altran technologies, Expereo, Melita, Graitec, or Dstny. He is on the Supervisory Board of Wendel Group and a board member of Wendel-Participations. Thomas is an active business angel and patron, supporting initiatives in children’s education, agricultural transition, or cultural heritage.

Adam has worked in ESG and sustainability for over 30 years (the majority as a chartered environmental and a chartered health and safety specialist). He holds a BSc (Hons) Environmental Science, MA Environmental Law and a PG Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and has worked across industry sectors in over sixty countries worldwide. He has extensive portfolio company level experience (boards and operations, products, and supply chains) and has worked with private equity since the mid-1990s (when a consultant), and in an in-house capacity since 2008.

As one of the first dedicated sustainability leads within mainstream private markets, Adam developed and implemented ESG and sustainability value creation programmes for Doughty Hanson’s private equity buy-out, venture, and real estate portfolios. He left Doughty Hanson in 2016 as Partner to join Coller Capital (global private market secondaries).

As a Partner in the Investment Team (CIO Office), Adam leads ESG and sustainability integration across all Coller Capital products and investment processes (debt, equity, and private wealth). He also provides input to various firm-level corporate sustainability initiatives, and the firm’s wider operational due diligence (ODD), Sharia compliance, and risk-compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) processes.

Specialising in private market secondaries has afforded Adam with extensive wider market experience, notably in supporting institutional investors, portfolio GPs and portfolio level exposures across asset classes, globally.

For the period 1992 and 2008, Adam worked at Halliburton (oil and gas focused multi-national), ERM (global sustainability consultancy), ERM CVS (ISO certification), and at KPMG Europe (sustainability advisory business lead).

Adam is a frequent speaker and contributor to publications on responsible investment, ESG, impact investing and sustainability, and he has delivered training on behalf of Invest Europe, the BVCA, IEMA (ISEP) and various academic institutions (MSc and MBA programmes). He has also played an active and sometimes advisory role for the PRI, ILPA, BVCA, Invest Europe and other investor focused and sustainability focused organisations and initiatives. In October 2024, Adam was inducted on the Real Deals ESG “Hall of Fame” during their awards ceremony, recognised by Real Deals and peers as a leading figure in the industry.

As Hg’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Caroline heads up the Sustainability team at technology investor Hg. Caroline covers ESG topics across the firm and portfolio, and works actively with businesses to reduce risk, share best practice and improve sustainability performance. Caroline is also responsible for Hg’s ESG reporting to clients and key external stakeholders such as the UNPRI. With over 15 years of experience in the sustainability field, Caroline is part of the BVCA’s Responsible Investment Advisory Group, Invest Europe’s Responsible Investment Affiliate Network, and is a Board Trustee of the Hg Foundation.

Eimear is a Partner, Global Head of Sustainability, with responsibility for overseeing and developing Pantheon’s established sustainability strategy and range of initiatives. Prior to joining the firm, Eimear worked for 14 years in private equity-focused ESG roles, including most recently as Managing Director and Head of Responsible Investment at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG). Before that she worked at the Carlyle Group, where she implemented an enhanced ESG framework for Carlyle Europe Partners. Eimear is recognized across the industry for engagement with key industry stakeholders and previously co-founded the UK network of Initiative Climat International, an investor-led platform focused on climate action among leading global private market organizations, of which Pantheon is a signatory.

She later became a headhunter specialised in legal and law firms and progressively expanded her expertise to top-level executive search at Proway Executive Search. Prior to joining Ares in 2007, Mr. Dennis was Head of the London Financial Sponsor Group at Barclays Bank, where he focused on originating middle market financing opportunities. Mr. Dennis holds a B.Sc. from the University of Nottingham and University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology and an M.B.A., with high honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Nigel took a leave of absence from Onex from 2010 to 2014 to work as Chief of Staff for the Prime Minister of Canada. Prior to joining Onex in 1997, Nigel was a partner at the law firm of Davies, Ward & Beck. Before that, he worked in policy development in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada. (Honours) from the University of Toronto Law School and a B.A. (cum laude) in Politics and Economics from Trinity College at the University of Toronto.

He joined in 2024 and is based in the London office. Pete has 27 years’ experience across private equity, consulting, and industry; 16 of those at Simon-Kucher where he was an equity Partner. Philipp Patschkowski is a Managing Director of Neuberger Berman and a member of the Secondary and Strategic Capital Investment Committees. He initially joined Neuberger Berman as a senior member of the Firm's Private Investment Portfolios group where he was responsible for leading primary and secondary fund investments and direct co-investments. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Patschkowski was at Coller Capital where he was responsible for originating and executing secondary and strategic primary fund investments and co-investments. Prior to that, Mr. Patschkowski worked in investment banking at UBS and at Sal. Oppenheim, covering the communications, media and technology sectors. Mr. Patschkowski received an MBA from INSEAD in France/Singapore, and a Diploma in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Ulm in Germany. Mr. Patschkowski is a member of the LP Council of Invest Europe, the European private equity association.

Before that, he worked for PwC in London for five years where he focused on delivering supply chain transformation programmes. Riccardo had previously held line management roles in industry. Under Sophie’s leadership, Eurazeo has become a pioneering force in sustainability & impact, notably with its ambitious strategy named O+, and the Group is now recognized as the leading investment group in this area. Previously, she spent 11 years at Accenture where she was Senior Executive within the strategy division, and notably initiated the development of Accenture France’s sustainable development consulting business. Prior to joining Ares in 2020, Mr. Etroy was Executive Vice President and Head of Private Equity at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) in London, where he was responsible for the London office and was a member of CDPQ's Executive and Investment-Risk Committees. Previously, he was a Partner at Charterhouse Capital Partners LLP in London, where he worked for more than a decade.
