Adrian Zuercher is Head Global Asset Allocation and Co-Head Global Investment Management APAC at UBS Chief Investment office. In his Global Asset Allocation role, he is responsible for multi-asset portfolio solutions. He co-chairs the tactical investment forum, the global portfolio construction meeting, and is a member of the global investment committee, which defines the UBS CIO house-view. In his Global IM APAC capacity, he is responsible for investment fund selection, portfolio management, and product development. Adrian oversees regional discretionary and advisory mandates, investment and alternatives funds, sustainable investing, and the wealth planning offering.

Before joining UBS, Adrian was Head of Multi Asset Emerging Market Strategy and Global Asset Allocation at Credit Suisse Asset Management in Hong Kong and Zurich, where he was responsible for multi-asset class portfolios as well as advising sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors on asset allocation. Prior to that, he was an equity fund manager in charge of Asia at VP Bank Asset Management, and a multi-asset class portfolio manager at F.van Lanschot Bankiers. Adrian holds an MSc in finance and economics from the University of Bern and is a CFA charter holder.

Alvin is Head of Investment Management at Income Insurance. He oversees the team which focuses on selection of both public and private markets fund managers for balance sheet and investment-linked products. Over a career spanning 20 years, he had held investment-related roles at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Head of Funds at Bank of Singapore and (Founding) General Manager at a Single Family Office.

He holds a Master of Financial Engineering and Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Hons) from the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University respectively. He holds the CFA, CAIA, CFTe and AWP designations.

Having joined OMERS Asia in January 2021 in the Capital Markets team, Ani is responsible for building out the public and private credit capabilities for OMERS in Asia. Working closely with the regional and global OMERS teams as well as with external counterparties, the Asia credit team looks to build a diversified and sustainable pan-Asia performing credit strategy focused on absolute returns. Prior to joining OMERS, Ani was a portfolio manager at Nexus Investment Advisors HK where he managed long-biased absolute return credit funds, and was a senior member of the team managing private credit capital. Ani has over 18 years of research and investing experience in the Asian credit markets, and has previously worked at long-short Asian credit funds as well as led industry-leading teams at Bank of America Merrill Lynch looking at public and private credit. Ani started his career in India in 2001 with ICICI Limited, and has a keen interest in understanding and underwriting the regional growth story in Asia. Ani is a Chartered Accountant by training, and holds a Post-Graduate degree in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad

She has more than 25 years of experience in the capital market industry and her expertise in managing investment portfolios has been recognized by industry players. At present she serves as Deputy of Investment at Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji, the largest sharia investment manager in Indonesia.

She is responsible for driving investment strategies to optimize portfolio performance with IDR120 trillion portfolio in marketable securities. This includes managing diverse financial assets and seeking innovation in alternative investments. She joined BPKH since the beginning of the institution’s operation in 2018. Prior to this, Erwinda spent most of her career in securities and asset manager companies with main role managing fixed income portfolio. Her expertise includes portfolio management, risk management, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Erwinda hold Master of Economics from Trisakti University and Bachelor of Social Science from University of Indonesia.

Joe is currently the Chief Investment Officer (Asset Allocation) at the Exchange Fund Investment Office of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). Before joining HKMA, Joe was a Senior Asset Allocation Strategist at the New Zealand Superannuation Fund (NZSF) where he helped develop the fund’s Strategic Tilting programme and Risk Budgeting framework. Prior to NZSF, Joe was a Senior Consultant at Russell Investments, responsible for providing strategic investment advice to endowments and institutional investors in New Zealand.

Kenneth is responsible for regional selection of mutual funds and evergreen private market funds for Retail and Wealth client segments. He joined DBS in 2012 as a Graduate Associate and has 10 years of experience in Fund Selection and Investment Advisory. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and is a CFA charter holder.

Arnulfo “Noli” de Pala, Executive Director, joined TriLake Partners as Chief Investment Officer in 2016. Noli has worked in the financial services industry across four continents for over 30 years. After working with AXA as a financial consultant in Los Angeles, he joined UnionBank of the Philippines in 1996 where he served as the bank’s Trust Officer and later, the Head of Market Risk Management. In 2002 he moved to HSBC where he handled marketing, product development and training for the wealth management business. He was then assigned to HSBC’s offshore headquarters in Jersey in the British Channel Islands to train the financial advisers of HSBC’s offshore offices around the world from 2005 to 2008. Noli returned to Manila to head HSBC’s trust department before joining EastWest Bank where he was the Trust Officer and Chief Investment Officer. Noli graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines School of Economics and has taught Advanced Investment Management in the master’s program in Finance of the College of Business Administration. He earned his CFA® charter in 2001 and is a founding member and former President of the CFA Society of the Philippines. He remains an active volunteer with the CFA Program and has served CFA Institute in various working committees for the last fifteen years. He speaks fluent English and Filipino and is a frequent guest on financial programmes on radio and television.

Pramook has a MBA degree from University of Tennessee, Knoxville and BA from Chulalongkorn University.

He also built financial models at Decisive, an advertising technology platform in New York, that helped it raise funding from The Walt Disney Company and Right Side Capital Management.

Raymond Cheng is the Bank’s Chief Investment Officer, North Asia. He leads a team of investment strategists across mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea to champion the CIO office’s views internally and externally across the Affluent segment in the region.

Raymond joined from JP Morgan Private Bank, where he was a Managing Director and functioned as the Head of Asia Equity Strategy for most of his tenure to develop equity and cross-asset thematic investment views. Prior to that, Raymond was Head of Research at Bank of Communications International, and Bank of China International. He

Rebekah is currently Managing Director, Private Markets and Funds with Farro Capital, a multibillion-dollar multi-family office with a presence in Singapore, Dubai, and India. With degrees from LSE, Yale, CFA, CAIA, Rebekah is a recognised adjunct trainer at Business Families Institute (BFI), Wealth Management Institute (WMI) as well as Board Director / Committee member at leading organisations and companies, such as BANSEA, Singapore Institute of Directors (SID).

From 2019-2022, he was working for a single family office as the CEO. Since 2022, he has been the CEO of Winfield Global Capital, which is a multi family office. Roger holds both B.Eng and Ph.D from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, He is also a CFA chartered holder.

In his last position, he was the Investment Banking Head of Seamico Securities Plc. and focused on Equity Capital Market and M&A transactions in Thailand.

Srini joined British International Investment in 2013 to lead the Asia team under British International Investment’s new investment strategy. He has the distinction of having been our first overseas employee and he has been instrumental in building a high-quality portfolio in the region, which focuses on both equity and debt.

Under his leadership, the team has made successful investments in the financial services, healthcare, and renewable energy sectors – including the creation of British International Investment subsidiary Ayana Renewable Power, an investor in clean power focused on South Asia’s poorest regions. His role includes support in origination, execution and management of the portfolio for delivering development goals and value. The team is also pioneering initiatives in South-South cooperation and Srini is leading a regionalisation effort to build more capacity in India.

Leong Wai Leng is responsible for the regional management of CDPQ Global in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, she coordinates all CDPQ activities in the region and ensures optimal positioning and outreach. CDPQ has offices in Singapore, New Delhi, Shanghai and Sydney in Asia Pacific. Ms. Leong has over 30 years of experience in the finance and banking sectors, including 13 years in China, where she built a commercial banking business from the ground up. She has an extensive business network in China and in South-East Asia, including in Singapore. Over the course of her career, she has worked in both the buy and sell sides of the industry, in developed and  developing financial markets. Before joining CDPQ in 2018 as Managing Director, Strategic Partnerships, Asia, Ms. Leong was Managing Director and Head of Business Management Unit at the Bank of Singapore, a wholly owned subsidiary of OCBC Bank. Prior to that, she was the Chairman and CEO of OCBC Bank (China). In 2010, she               became the first banker from a non-Japanese Asian bank to win a Gold Magnolia Award, one of the highest recognitions from the Shanghai government. Perhaps most noteworthy was the fact it was the Chinese regulatory body, CBRC (Central Banking Regulatory Commission), that nominated her for this award. Ms. Leong was also Managing Director and Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking at HSBC China. Previously, she held senior positions at multinational corporations such as Philips Electronics China Group, as well as at JP Morgan Bank and at Citibank, in Singapore.
