Philip is a Founding Member and Managing Director of Primavera Capital. He sits on the Leadership Committee, Investment Committees, Strategic Partnerships Committee, Portfolio Management Committee, ESG Committee, Operations Committee, among others. His board experience has been across for-profit and non-profit sectors.

Prior to Primavera, he held positions in investment banking based in Hong Kong and in a hedge fund based in San Francisco.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.

Globally, Primavera Capital manages USD20 billion in AUM with 100+ portfolio companies and 100+ professionals across PE, VC, and Credit strategies.

Mr. Peng is Chairman of China Merchants Capital, a Private Equity platform with assets under management of ~USD43billion. Mr. Peng is also an Executive Committee Member at GLP. He has extensive experience in fund management, investment management, and investment banking.

Previously, Mr. Peng served as Vice Chairman of China Merchants Capital, responsible for business development and investment management since the inception of the platform. Prior to China Merchants, Mr. Peng was Managing Director and Asia Co-Head of Real Estate at Goldman Sachs and was Responsible Officer for Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC. Mr. Peng was formerly Asia Head of Corporate Investment at GIC Real Estate in Singapore and worked with AMP Capital Investors on funds management in Australia.

Amit is a Managing Director and heads AlpInvest’s co-investment effort in the Asia Pacific region, where he focuses on equity transactions in Asia and Australia. Amit rejoined AlpInvest in 2018 after about 3 years at Neuberger Berman in Asia. Prior to NB, Amit worked at AlpInvest for 8 years in our Hong Kong based co-investment team between 2008-2016. Before that, he was with JP Morgan IBD based in New York. He started his working career in 2000 as a supply chain management consultant in the US at i2 Technologies and LogicTools respectively. Amit received a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, a Master Science from Northwestern University and an MBA with a major in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Anna Chan is a Managing Director in the Legal and Compliance Department at Blackstone. She is involved with a variety of regulatory and compliance matters for Blackstone in Greater China and Korea. Ms. Chan worked at Blackstone from 2016 to 2019. Before rejoining the firm in 2022, Ms. Chan was a Senior Manager in First Sentier Investors for about 2 years. She had previously spent more than 9 years at Goldman Sachs in the Private Wealth Management Compliance department in Hong Kong.

Bharati Agarwal is a Managing Director at TPG NewQuest based in Singapore. Bharati has over 15 years of experience with close to a decade of investing experience in India and Southeast Asia. She has been a part of deals that include both direct secondary as well as fund solution transactions, overseeing over US$1B in capital invested. Some of her investments include FirstCry, Cloudnine Hospitals, Sapphire Foods, Halonix, Forus Medical and ID Foods. She has also held Board positions on five portfolio companies. Her work on fund solutions transactions include the Everbridge Continuation Fund, Basil, Navis, Epiq and Megadelta, of which she holds LP Advisory positions on several of these. Prior to joining TPG NewQuest, Bharati was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, having worked in their Mumbai and London offices. She has also been a consultant with the United Nations World Food Program in Rome and Johannesburg and worked in her family business in construction. Bharati holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where she was an S. M. Shah Scholar, an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she was a PJD Wiles Scholar, and a BSc in Economics (Mathematics, Statistics Minor) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, where she ranked in the university’s top 1%. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.

Brigitte Posch is a Partner, Co-Head of Yield Multi-Credit and Head of Asia and Emerging Markets at Apollo. Prior to joining in 2018, Brigitte was Global Head of Emerging Markets Corporate Credit at Barings Asset Management, where she established its dedicated EM Corporate Credit funds and co-led the blended EM Debt Total Return strategy. Previously, she spent five years at PIMCO where she oversaw the strategies for EM Corporate Credit, Global Credit and Multi- Sector Fixed Income. Before PIMCO, Brigitte had senior roles at both Deutsche Bank and Moody’s with responsibility for structured credit and mortgage-backed securities in Latin America. She started her career in Brazil working as a Credit Analyst and origination. Brigitte received a BA from Mackenzie University of Sao Paulo and enrolled in a graduate management program from Harvard University.

Dominic Goh joined HarbourVest in 2012 and focuses on secondary investments. This includes analyzing, structuring, and monitoring a wide range of secondary transaction types. Dominic was previously at Coller Capital where he evaluated secondary opportunities, and contributed to deal sourcing and fundraising efforts in Asia. Prior to that, he was an investment banking associate at ABN AMRO London in the Financial Institutions Group. Dominic received a BSc (first class honours) in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2005. Dominic is fluent in Mandarin.

Gabriel Ng is a Managing Director of Neuberger Berman. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman Private Equity in 2018, Gabriel was part of the GIC Private Equity Funds and Co-investments Group, where he focused on global secondary transactions. Previously, he worked at Providence Equity Partners in Hong Kong, where he focused on buyout and growth transactions in the Asia Pacific region. Gabriel also worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Asia M&A group. Gabriel received a BS in Economics, with honors (Magna Cum Laude), from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Kunal is a member of Pantheon’s Asia Investment Committee, and he is responsible for investments across primary (fund), secondary, and co-investment opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region. Before joining Pantheon, Kunal worked at a middle-market direct private equity firm, and previously held roles at Citi Group and ICICI Bank. He holds a Master's from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and a Bachelor's in Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. Kunal is the Chair of the Limited Partners Council and a member of the Secondaries Special Interest Group at the India Venture Capital Association (IVCA). He was formerly based in Hong Kong and is now based in Singapore.

Previously, she was a management consultant with Monitor Group, specializing in marketing strategy for clients across Asia, and a member of the corporate finance team with Lehman Brothers in Hong Kong. Philippe Wind is currently an operating partner for CDPQ (Caisse des Depots et Placements du Quebec – 450 bn$ AUM infra-PE-real estate- markets), in the infrastructure group, Singapore based, global role to oversee general management and operation of CDPQ infra assets (50 billion USD equity) in Asia Pacific towards better performance, governance and value creation. Engaged especially in Asia Pacific and global energy/renewable assets such as in India, Japan, Taiwan and Australia. Strategic case to case involvement in development effort for the acquisition of new assets worldwide. From 2013 till 2021 he was working with Actis, with positions such as CEO Actis Manager Singapore, with potential engagement as director in various Actis funds in Singapore, local Singapore team coordination and monetary Authority Singapore accreditation. He was also Director for energy/infra operations Actis, a large energy/infra investment PE fund. Philippe has been engaged with Actis since 2013 in global asset management team for under construction or operating energy assets of various technologies, but also for deals and portfolio management teams globally with a special focus on integrated utilities globally and/or general projects in south east Asia. Prior to that he worked 19 years in the infra/utility sector across the world for Suez/Engie Group where he has been MD for 3 PPP companies for 10 years in China, Malaysia and Indonesia and did 7 years of large PPP projects international development at Paris HQ, 3 years in Singapore as MD for the infra/energy engineering firm WorleyParsons, and 2 years globally for McKinsey Singapore as a senior expert AP for infrastructure. For the past 30 years he has developed various expertise in the utility, renewable, energy / multi-infrastructure space, but also in origination, deal making, management, operations, construction, engineering, consulting, regulatory, private equity or project finance areas. He spent 20 years in Asia in various countries but has been working in more than 30 countries worldwide since 1990 and speak several languages including Asian ones. Philippe hold a Master of Science in civil engineering and environmental from Ecole Centrale de Lyon (France), an MBA from ESSEC Manheim (France/Germany), and a general management degree from Insead (Singapore).

She worked closely with Flipkart (sold to Walmart), Ola, Policybazaar, Hike, Games 24x7, Razorpay, Uxin (IPO exit). Pinn started her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company and also founded Grab’s motorcycle-on-demand in Bangkok, Thailand.
