A technology company higherup departed
Onramp Invest, a cryptocurrency for the registered investment advisor
(RIA) industry.
Amber McLeod, listed as
director of corporate success, left Onramp last month,
according to her LinkedIn.
McLeod had joined Onramp as
project manager in March 2021. She had been named director of corporate success
in September 2021.
The exit of McLeod happened during
a difficult period for the startup, which opened in the summer of 2021.
Tyrone Ross Jr., a
technology entrepreneur who founded exchange traded fund (ETF) Reality
Shares, left Onramp in March when the technology company revealed a third
of its 53 staff was laid-.off.
Onramp announced Series A funding from
a combination between a money manager and venture capital company.
The investment advisor page for
Onramp included Morgan Creek Capital Management, Tokyo-headquartered SoftBank
Group Corporation as well as law firm Seward & Kissel.
