Vice President Quayle is Chairman of Cerberus Global Investments and a member of the Firm’s senior leadership team. Prior to joining Cerberus in 1999, he served as the 44th Vice President of the United States of America to President George H. W. Bush from 1989 through 1993. In 1976, Vice President Quayle was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives and re-elected in 1978. In 1980, he was elected to the U.S. Senate and was the youngest Senator from Indiana. He was re-elected to the U.S. Senate in 1986. Following his vice presidency, Vice President Quayle authored three books, including Standing Firm: A Vice-Presidential Memoir, which was on The New York Times’ Best Seller List. He was a distinguished visiting professor at Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management for two years. He was also active for many years on the lecture circuit in the United States and internationally.

Mr. Schnadig has worked at Cortec Group since 1995 in roles of steadily increasing responsibility. Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Comptroller for Asset Management

As Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Comptroller for Asset Management, Steven Meier, oversees the five pension systems that compose the New York City retirement systems.

Mr. Meier brings over 40 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, previously serving as Assistant Treasurer and Interim Chief Investment Officer for the Connecticut Office of the State Treasurer Shawn T. Wooden, overseeing the investments of Connecticut’s $40 billion public pension system and its ESG initiatives. Before joining the Connecticut state treasurer’s office, Meier spent more than a decade at State Street Global Advisors, where he rose to Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for Global Fixed Income, Currency, and Cash Management, overseeing over $900 billion in assets.

Prior to his time at State Street, he worked at Credit Suisse as Director, Global Head of Fixed Income & Money Market Electronic Trading and Senior Trader in the Global Financing Group at Credit Suisse. His experience also includes roles at Oppenheimer Capital, Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, and Irving Trust Company.

Meier is a CFA Charter Holder and certified Financial Risk Manager. He holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business and a BBA from Hofstra University’s Zarb School of Business.

Mr. Reeder joined ECP in 2006 and serves as its President and Managing Partner. He is involved in all areas of the Firm’s investment activities, with a particular emphasis on power generation and environmental infrastructure, and is Chair of ECP’s Management Committee, and is also a member of ECP’s Investment, Valuation, Risk, and ESG Committees.

Mr. Reeder led the take-private acquisition of Calpine Corporation and currently serves on the boards of Calpine Corporation, Liberty Tire, Gopher Resource and Restaurant Technologies. Previously, he served on the board of Terra-Gen, LLC and Convergent. Prior to realization, he served on the boards of Heartland Generation, Wheelabrator Technologies Inc., ADA Carbon Solutions, LLC, EnergySolutions, Inc., Dynegy Inc., EquiPower Resources Corp., Broad River Power Holdings, LLC, CE2 Carbon Capital, LLC, and Empire Gen Holdings, Inc.

Prior to joining ECP, Mr. Reeder spent his career in the power generation sector, serving in operating and management roles with two power generation companies. He was a Vice President of Texas Genco, LLC, from 2002 to 2006, where he was head of the asset optimization desk. Prior to that, Mr. Reeder spent two years as an advisor to the consortium of private equity firms that acquired Texas Genco, LLC, in the evaluation of potential power generation acquisition opportunities. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Reeder was a Director for Energy Markets and a Finance Manager at Orion Power Holdings, Inc. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Reeder worked at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Reeder received a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University. Outside of ECP, Mr. Reeder serves on the board of Change Summer, an organization that provides enriching summer opportunities for low-income students.

Aaron Miller is a Partner in Apollo’s Private Equity business and Head of Apollo Portfolio Performance Solutions (APPS), where he oversees efforts to support its deal teams and the management of its funds’ portfolio companies to drive more successful investment outcomes and build stronger companies. Prior to joining Apollo in 2019, Aaron was Chief Operating Officer of Catalina Marketing, where he was responsible for Innovation & Customer Delivery, which included Product, Technology, Analytics, Operations and Solutions in Europe, Japan and the US. Previously, he served as Operating Director at Berkshire Partners and was a Partner with Bain & Company where he held various leadership roles before that. Her role is to drive sustainability value creation through the investment lifecycle by supporting sustainability due diligence and integrating sustainability into portfolio companies’ full potential plans. Angela serves as a member of the UN PRI's Private Equity Advisory Committee (PEAC) and brings over a decade and a half as an operator helping companies realize sustainability value creation through growth and efficiency levers at Accenture Strategy and Grant Thornton. She has worked with public and private companies across healthcare, software, technology, professional services and consumer goods in both the UK and United States. Angela has also worked international bodies such as the World Economic Forum, World Bank and United Nations to drive the sustainability agenda at the intergovernmental level. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Mr. Jain was CEO of TSS, a Texas oilfield-services supply chain and logistics company, and served as an operations advisor to Blackstone, Carlyle, Apollo, and Energy Capital Partners on various energy and infrastructure transactions. He has also held roles in industrial businesses running finance, strategic planning, corporate development, international operations, and investor relations functions. Mr. Jain began his career in investment banking with UBS in New York City, and then private equity with Temasek Holdings in Singapore. Ms. Guven serves as the Head of Environmental, Social, Governance & Sustainability for Cerberus. In her role, Ms. Guven coordinates the Firm’s Environmental, Social, Governance (“ESG”) and sustainability efforts across all desks and investments. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2022, Ms. Guven was a Senior Legal Researcher at the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment (“CCSI”), a joint center of the Law School and the Earth Institute at Columbia University, which she joined in 2016. Her work at CCSI focused on aligning the legal and normative frameworks governing global investment activities with sustainable development objectives and outcomes. From 2011 to 2015, Ms. Guven was a senior associate in the banking group at Hogan Lovells US LLP, where she represented public and private financial institutions and borrowers in multi-jurisdictional financing transactions. Earlier in her career, Ms. Guven served as a legal advisor to the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of the Government of Liberia, and as an associate in the banking group at McGuireWoods LLP. Ms. Guven graduated from Northwestern University, and received a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School, a M.A. in International Public Affairs from the University of Wisconsin, and a LL.M from New York University School of Law, where she was also a Human Rights Scholar. Lynn Baranski, Managing Director, is Global Co-Head of Private Equity Partners (PEP) within BlackRock's Equity Private Markets (EPM) group. Ms. Baranski chairs PEP's Internal Investment Committee and is a member of PEP’s Executive Investment Committee and Valuation Committee. Ms. Baranski is also a member of the BlackRock Investment Conflicts Committee and EPM Executive Committee.

Ms. Baranski's service with the firm dates back to 1997, including her years with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM), which merged with BlackRock in 2006. Prior to her current leadership role, Ms. Baranski was PEP's Global Head of Investments with primary responsibility for all aspects of PEP’s investment process including investment sourcing, due diligence, monitoring as well as portfolio construction and strategy. Before joining PEP in 2001, she worked for four years as a high yield portfolio manager and research analyst in the fixed income division. She joined MLIM from Bank of America Securities, Inc. (formerly NationsBank), where she was a member of the Financial Sponsor Advisory group. In this position, she advised clients on optimal capital structures for leveraged buyouts and reviewed several private equity fund commitments on behalf of the bank.

Ms. Baranski currently serves on the advisory boards of certain funds managed by Certares LLC, Black Diamond, Tailwind Capital Partners, 1315 Capital and Z Capital Partners. Additionally, she is on the board of directors of Juweel Holdings, Travel Leaders Group and Guardian Alarm. She previously participated on the boards of TowerCo, Canbriam Energy, and Evenflo. Together with its prior generation funds as well as capital managed on behalf of global investors, the group Patrick co-heads manages $ 8Bn. His platform sits alongside Ardian's PE secondary and primary practice which is a global leader managing ~$95Bn representing the largest fund family inside Ardian's total of $170Bn under management. Before joining Ardian, Patrick spent 24 years with General Electric Company in increasing roles of responsibility both in the US and globally. In his last role with GE, he led GE Equity, the $ 2.5Bn co-investment private equity arm of GE Capital, before selling the business to Ardian in 2015. Samantha Shows is a Managing Director at Accel-KKR focused on the firm’s credit investments. Prior to joining Accel-KKR in 2017, Samantha was a Managing Director at Wells Fargo Capital Finance (“WFCF”), a subsidiary of Wells Fargo Bank and a leader in middle-market commercial finance. During her 14 years at WFCF, Samantha specialized in originating and monitoring cash flow and asset-based facilities to various industries including technology, manufacturing, hospitality, media, and healthcare. In 2007, Samantha was one of the founding members of the Technology Finance platform within WFCF where she focused exclusively on cash flow facilities to technology businesses.
