As Managing Director of Investment, Ashish oversees the development and implementation of sophisticated investment solutions, leveraging his extensive experience in risk management, analytics, and portfolio construction. Prior to joining Cresset, Ashish served as a Senior Managing Director and Portfolio Manager on the Investment Strategy team. Ashish was responsible for risk management, analytics and liquid market and hedge fund strategies, and was a member of the Investment Committee. Previously, he spent three years managing risk and researching new investment strategies at Koch Supply & Trading in Houston. Ashish oversaw strategies that spanned across all liquid asset classes – equities, interest rates, FX, and commodities. He was also involved in developing new strategies in the equities and commodities markets, which generated alpha over comparable indices.

Cameron Mock is Executive Director & Chief Investment Officer of the Laborers’ and Retirement Board Employees’ Annuity and Benefit Fund of Chicago (“LABF” or “Chicago Laborers’ Pension Fund”), where he oversees the operations and investments of the $1.2 billion Fund. Mr. Mock moved to this role in June of last year, after most recently advising government clients, including public pension systems, on financial and risk management as a Specialist Master with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Prior to Deloitte, he served as Senior Economic Advisor to Governor JB Pritzker, where he successfully led efforts to improve the financial health of pension systems across the state, in addition to advising the Governor on matters of tax and economic policy, and public finance. One of his proudest accomplishments in this role was leading the administration’s initiative to pass and enact legislation consolidating more than 650 suburban and downstate police and fire pension plans’ assets, resulting in dramatic improvements to investment returns and billions of dollars in taxpayer savings.

Betsy is a senior portfolio manager, responsible for the University’s investments in credit oriented and relative value absolute return funds, private debt, fixed income securities, and credit funds. She has also served as the senior portfolio manager for investments in private equity limited partnerships. Prior to joining the University in 2007, Betsy was vice president of finance and corporate development at optionsXpress, an online trading and brokerage firm. Before that, she was a vice president in the mergers and acquisitions group of BMO Capital Markets, and also worked on merger and acquisition assignments at Merrill Lynch.

Janelle Woodward is a Senior Managing Director within Allstate Investments and heads the Multi-Asset group. In her role, Janelle is responsible for leading the capital allocation process and interfacing with business unit partners, architecting and executing active investing strategies across asset classes. Prior to joining Allstate in 2023, she served as President and Head of Investment Management at MacKay Shields, where she led the firm’s seven independent investment teams representing $160 billion in assets under management and drove the expansion of their product suite and capabilities. Prior to joining MacKay, she spent more than a decade at BMO Financial Group in roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as the Global Head of Fixed Income, where she led five global fixed income teams representing $50 billion in assets. Janelle maintains a strong commitment to building diversity, equity and inclusion in the financial services industry through various sponsorships. She also currently serves on the board of Big City Mountaineers, a non-profit organization providing transformative experiences in nature for youth from disinvested communities. Janelle earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration/systems from Taylor University and her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. She is a CFA Charterholder.

Michael is also a member of the Wealth Management Executive Committee.
