Ju Hui Lee is currently serving as the Head of Investment Risk and Performance at the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF). Her responsibilities include overseeing investment risks, asset-liability management, and performance. As of 30 June 2024, the fund manages assets of US$92.3 billion. Ju Hui has rich experience in the financial industry, having worked for various institutions such as CPP Investments, Scotiabank, KPMG, Mercer, and Manulife Financial. Her expertise lies in asset-liability analysis, factor studies, modelling, pension investment strategy development, risk management a ctivities, and actuarial valuation reporting. Ju Hui has a BSc in Mathematics, an MBA from Yonsei University (Korea), and an MSc in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago. She holds several designations, including CFA, CAIA, FSA,

Before her appointment in 2021, Holtze-Jen was Global Chief Currency Strategist, Portfolio Manager, at Deutsche Bank’s asset management arm DWS, where she coordinated a team covering currency macro, positioning and technical analysis, which guided the portfolio managers’ foreign-exchange strategy. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for the development of the Asia insights and contribution to the house view of Deutsche Bank Private Bank. Prior to DWS, Holtze-Jen held different leadership roles at Commerzbank AG and Royal Bank of Canada in Hong Kong, Singapore, and London. Holtze-Jen is a member of the Singapore Foreign Exchange Committee of the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
